Shipping policy

All orders typically ship within 7-10 business days from the time the order is received. Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of submission. After that time, the order will be processed and shipped as scheduled.

For returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, and freight costs associated with returning the product. All returned items must be packaged in their original box to help prevent damage during transit. The Metal Shop is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.
